the interesting thing is he includes a picture of the title paperwork and the HULL ID is SIC which is for Seacraft made during the Tracker era. But the year listed on the boat title work is 1974 which would have had an SEC Hull ID. Based on that alone I think the whole thing is fishy.

SIC was not "Tracker Era"

Guys SIC was for tracker as well as seacraft industries or something like that. But it was t until like 1980.
