I just pulled my 74 tank out, was fastened at 4 tabs. No foam, and no pock marks....

I cut up a perfectly good 1973 100gallon aluminum tank, b/c of a few questionable pits . . . there was plenty of aluminum left

Then I foamed in a poly tank.
