No but I keep my eye on it. The deck would have to be cut to remove it...

Has anyone who has replaced the tank on the newer seacrafts modified the cutout piece to be braced screwed and caulked so as to be removable like my 23 potter for future inspection, maintenance or tank replacment?

Replaced mine on my 21 ...1998 Tracker..had it done at a shop here...was 95 gals...on mine they had to de rig everything at the console unbolt the t top from the deck along with the console, lift the console and t top off the boat ...cut around the outline along the floor. pull the section of floor and then pull the tank out....replaced with Molar plastic tank, and ran a 2x4 frame around the opening ,rested the cut out floor on the 2x4 and screwed down ...5200 the seam...after the console , leaning post and front cooler seat was put back on very little seam is visable....cutting a nice clean line is the ticket.

Thx Joe I figured consale had to come out. We are going over to look at boat and hopefully buy this weekend. Good news is tank is fine for now but the day will come and I thank all for help. The only thing I would do different is I would go with metal or aluminum tank. Keith
