Fabulous job for a facelift! I hope mine comes out 1/10th that good.

Is that an early-mid 2000's vintage Johnson on there? What is the hp? Do you have performance stats?

I just mounted a 2002 115hp on my 1972 20' Seafari and was wondering if yours was similar?
