Default Console Location Effect on CG

Suggest you look at my post of 9-24-16 on ESTIMATING CG SHIFT WITH HEAVY ENGINES as well as link to the example to give you an idea of affecting cg. If you choose to move the console aft you might compensate by relocating something else like batteries or the seat for your robust friend. The example should be easy to follow by changing my values to yours- no hard math.
I admit based on what we normally see the console in the photo looks forward where the ride wil be slightly rougher but probably less spray.
