If raising it a hole doesn't do it, then make sure you have a stern lifting 4 blade prop and a fin. (I wasn't sure if you had these already). Those you can do easily before a jack plate.

Thanks I have a fin but it wasn't installed at the time of this run I will put it on and see what she looks like, any good prop brands to look for? I am sure i can find something on here. I'm itching to get this dialed in our Bluefin bite is starting to finally get going here in NE. Just for fun here's a small Giant 83'' coming over the rail last season.
