Agree, and he appears to be in GTown, SC.

I'll recommend G Crafts in Awendaw, SC. He performed the heavy/paint work on my 23'. I rigged and finished it. My 15K was a guess based on the work I had done.

Based on what others have done with the 20' , I would probably not go with a bracket but raise transom to 25" (or 30" if possible).

Thanks for the advise and referral. I am looking forward to doing the rebuild, once I get the 20 in hand. I will keep you posted on my purchase and progress. Best day ever, when I found this site. You guys are a great resource many thanks. Robert
