I'm with KMoose on this one. I don't remember having this problem either. My fiberglass hard top is heavier than yours or Kmoose's too. My tabs are on the outside panel. (Like DonV's pic above)

I'm an " outsider " not owning a Sceptre, but I've asked lots of questions and never heard of a listing issue....

This is a curiosity for sure. Hope you rectify.
