I had an Edson PowerKnob on the standard three spoke wheel I had on my 18 footer.
It has a nice stainless strap that holds it on the wheel nice and tight. fastener is under the cap.
Nice Delrin or summat bearings in it too.
Kinda spendy but totally worth it.

Just ordered myself the Gemlux three spoke with the integral deluxe knob.
only $100 bucks!

Gemlux has a promo code for The Hull Truth folks that I, uh, may have "appropriated".

You need to go to the gemlux website (http://www.gemlux.com/) and create an account.
Then add whatever goodies you want to your cart.
Put this code in the promo-code box "tht35off" at checkout, and voilà! 35% off.
Sweet.
I paid 109.83 for the 13.5" three spoke wheel with integral deluxe knob, and based on the invoice I just got in my email, they threw the wheel nut in for free unexpectedly! Another 10 dollar savings I wasnt expecting!
I work for a boatyard and I've dealt with Gemlux off and on for years now, their customer service is stellar, and their products are very high quality.

Very nice work. Thanks so much. You feel like -3.5 will be enough wheel for the vertical bulkhead?

I think so... Guess we'll find out.
It's my first Sceptre. Always been a center console guy.

Have all new hydraulic steering so wheel size shouldn't really matter all that much. Possibly more turns lock to lock with the smaller wheel, but with the hydraulics less effort.
Dunno.
I'll post a pic of what it looks like in place once UPS drops it off.
Figured at just over a hundred bucks all-in, I could swap the wheel out later for a larger one if need be with minimal wallet pain.

Please do. I’d like to see before I move away from my 15 inch wheel. Thanks again all
