Default 2017 Suzuki 140 Prop and Bow Dodger Question

Hey everyone I'm seeking some advice and have two questions! I'm new to the Seacraft family: finally acquired a redone 78' 20 and am looking for 1st: prop advice. My boat has a new 2017 140 Suzuki and after doing a ton of reading and research on props I believe my setup will perform best with a 14x20 ss prop. My question is to run a 3 blade or 4? I'm considering the Powertech LNR4. My boat does have a 24" stainless marine bracket if that makes a difference... I'd really love to bypass the "fun" of prop testing if possible. My current prop is Suzuki 17p ss and the boat maxes out around 32 mph with 7.4 mpg. I wish to be closer to 40 mph if possible... My second question is where to obtain a quality yet reasonably priced bow dodger, possibly in Central FL? I thought I saw someone else asking the same question recently, but cannot locate the post. Any help or information will be greatly appreciated! Sorry for my ignorance if this has been discussed/answered a million times, I just can't find the answers to my Q's. Thanks!
