That was just last week on the "pending"...

FYI...Last Monday I took a boater person out for there first ever Seacraft ride. Her last boat was an Oceans 51. She was impressed by the way we cut the chop and when we went out in the gulf we were cutting 2-4 rollers with the wind at our back and the landings were oh so soft, with the big splash going way wide and keeping the inside dry. Now if it was a cross wind, we would of been wet as all get out... ![]()

I love your 21!!! Is that a 25 that is in the picture next to it? If so your boat looks bigger than the 25. Holy cow that’s a nice boat.

ok, so when are you going to let someone splash your hull, so we can all get a classic 21?

I've been on his boat and ridden in it. It is MINT! Don't think anybody is gonna slap chemicals on it and use it as a plug. But I do think there are a few other rough 21's in the club that could be used as a plug. Expensive to build a boat from scratch and not easy. Not commercial viable either, or someone would have done that a loooooong time ago...LOL!

Great feedback and like I said in the OP- not a bad choice in the 3. I am surprised that the 27 received so little mention.
Would love to see a splash of either the 21 or 25. As I think Moose posted the mass of the 21 is pretty similar to both the 23 and 25. Whoever did the splash would probably need to stretch the hull to 23 for marketability and economics. What ever happened to Brian's (?) plans? |

Seems like making a mold from a laser scan/model of a pristine hull would be a far less intrusive approach for the owner of said pristine hull. Then it would be much easier to modify/tweak before the mold was built.
