I had a similar problem on a Rambo 27. At the time I cut out around the hatch and to semi good wood and coated the underside of the perimeter with resin. Then installed resin soaked ply wood underneath , extending in to the hole I created. Cleaned up the hatch perimeter cut a new piece piece of ply, installed the hatch and glassed in. Some fairing and done. Did the same on another boat. See pics.

There is a thread on THT regarding using Gorilla Glue you may want to read. Sounds interesting.
