That depends on your definition of "easy". I just removed it all on my Sceptre (although I was not reusing any of it, so it was done with the help of a Sawzall). If it's the same install as the Sceptre, the cap is just screwed on with an easily removed sealant. The liner had only a few screws holding it to the hull under the cap, and there were no fasteners on the deck. The deck was just held in place with potter putty that on my boat wasn't still attached anywhere.

Short answer, if you had a couple people and a couple shop or bridge cranes, it'd be less work to remove it all in one piece and then reinstall in one piece.
