Default Today's photos of my 1977 SC 23 CC for sale... Enjoy

I have uploaded photos of my restored 1977 SC 23 CC that is for sale.
Contact me (Seacraft23CC@gmail.com) or call Marine Mart at 410-822-0166.
The boat is located in Easton, MD 21401 about half way between Washington DC and Ocean City, MD.

The 23 CC has been restored as shown in the photos. I have direct access to new Mercury and Yamaha engines and Suzuki and Etecs are only one phone call away. We can mount and rig the engine, install steering, leaning post Tee-Top, electrical and electronics... at any level you want, or you can do it.
I can be flexible. I will sell the boat and trailer, or just the boat. I can also deliver the boat within several hundred miles of Maryland.

Enjoy the photos...
There are about 24 total, and many more in previous posts

Yes you can find one cheaper and one that is more complete. However, you will likely not find one at this price point that is this pristine. As an example, look closely at the fore-deck photo. Count the holes (hint: Zero). This has been a two year labor of love, and it shows. I have done all the hard work, now it is just a matter of "bolting on" what you want.

Bottom Line: $25K and she follows you home.

Good luck finding any other Potter SC 23 CC this nice and this ready for your customization.

Tight lines...

Capn Mark

Q) Why bottom paint on trailer boat?

A good question.... deserve good answers.

A1) She was bottom painted when I bought her and she not been overboard since 2003.
A2) Yes, here in the Chesapeake Bay, we do have brackish waters. Prudent mariners tend to bottom paint their boat(s) if they will stay overboard for a week or more and new hard bottom paint formulations are really "slick".
A3) She is only 75 miles to Ocean City, MD ... hmmmm real salty water!
A4) I can have her media blasted by Choptank Media Blasting, re-coat her in an epoxy base coat, and white topcoat if that is what the new owner wants.

Thanks for the interest - Hope this helps.

The boat looks awesome.1st class job. Most boats with a bracket have trim tabs. I'm sure the motor mounted off the back may change how it handles. Also how much hp would be best for this boat? 300hp ?
If boat is sold, I would like to know wot speed and cruise speed. gallons per hour, etc.
Thanks Bob

The Bracket on this hull looked like it was mounted way too high, even for a 30 inch motor.

I bought this hull from bill and finished the build.. she came out great! Bracket was a concern on mine but it worked out perfect.. I’m on the lowest mounting holes and the boat is a beast.. I’m seeing 51 mph at 5900-6000 rpm.. it took a while to get her the way I wanted her but she’s a gem! Name: E5804191-8C3A-4731-BD1E-33A5D3321BAF.jpg
