I went and bought some more goodies for the boat get in the car and looked west and what do I see but big dark rain clouds . Guess I have to what till tomorrow. Boy do I wish I had a barn or big enclosure like some of you had

I would glue the PVC down but screw the float switch & pump tray for easy removal. Another tip , attach some mono line with one drop of gorilla glue at the tip of the float switch. Bring the mono up and tie to anything under the deck with some slack. Then you just have to pull the mono to test your float switch without reaching all the way down into the bilge. The mono is light enough as not to weight down its buoyancy.
