Get The 23, you live in Miami Do it urself 🤪 and the prices of material down in that Secret Area (Okeechobee Road) are 30% cheaper than anywhere else.

jorge there was a very nicely restored 23 on thehulltruth week selling for a good price. maybe worth a look. it was up in the panhandle but looked like a nice deal
