Does it have a cap? Should be closer to 80”...

No... Cap is in pieces and hasnt been on in years. Like over a decade.

I just bought a 73 unmolested 20 sf. I'll get the width and such. As far as the distances from the transom to the console, tank, etc., you need to decide your power and how the center of gravity will change with your modifications. I moved the console forward 9" and the tank 15" on my 18 and will be moving the console forward +/- 12" when I do the 20. Good luck with the rebuild!

Thanks. Would be pretty helpful.
Started cutting out the plywood today, and the hin is definitely skewed at a diagonal.
Surprising how difficult it is to remove a poorly bonded transom

I measured at the top of the cap, 80" wide at the transom.
