Didnt get to run it alone, had a buddy with me but had him move around and didnt have any noticeable list. Even with 2 of us on the aft deck it ran pretty flat. It will definitely be better when i get some weight in the bow with cooler n whatnot.

Definitely a little bottle rocket. Didnt have a chance to weigh her but before the motor i was able to lift a stern corner by myself when it was on blocks n stands. Need to get some more in water pics. And figure out a video!

Amazing start to finish transformation, ingenuity and craftsmanship. Not enough superlatives to do it justice. Masterclass in boat restoration.
