Thanks all. Think I’ll look for 4” setback. I guess I could even fill in transom by raising motor all the way up and then tilt out of water. Poor mans bracket...

Ive got a 4” Seastar heavy duty model im looking to get rid of if youre interested.

If you have hydraulic steering with the cylinder mounted to the motor, better check for clearance when tilting. That's the main reason for removing mine.
