Regarding the anchor locker, your boat is coming out so rad that I am reluctant to recommend anything...but... Harbor Freight sells rubber pads(12"x12"?) that have a diamond plating look and are shock absorbent. They are also easy to cut, have self adhesive backing and are cheap. I covered the whole inside of my locker with them and its worked great. The adhesive has held tight for 4 or 5 years so far.
I used to hate the sound of anchor chain slapping in there on a rough ride home from the islands, it totally eliminated it. |

There has been a bunch of progress since last post. I started fairing the hull sides and epoxied the cap on. I did a significant amount of head scratching to figure out all the angles and keep everything symmetrical, and mostly worked. The boat does fit through the garage door which is a plus. I'm currently working to figure out how the design of the windshield and how it will attach, and be removable.

The windshield is together, I still need to glass all the seams. I'm working to get the windshield mounting flange on in the next couple nights. Then I'll be ready to flip the cuddy and tab the inside together.

The cuddy is on for good. I've made decent progress since the last post. The first round of fairing is on in the cuddy space. I have a lot of glass work to finish up in the next week or so then I'll start on the transom boxes. Hoping to be done by June 1st... only 8 months behind schedule.
