I have seen pictures on here of the molded splashwell if that is what you are talking about. Do a search for that or just a google search for 18 Seacraft and I bet you will see that. Mine had a glassed-in version of that when the previous owner ran scuppers through the bottom of the hull. It would fill if you stood in the corners. I tore that out and ran them out through the transom like original. I put a lot of time into restoring the gutters and reworking that detail. I pitched the inside of the motor well to eliminate standing water and will still put ping pong balls or flaps this spring.

One more. Original gutter exits where circled. 9 or 10” splash board is new obviously. You can see the old holes in the outside corner. I think the splashwell part you mention was an option from the factory. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Nice boat.
Yes the splashwell. Do you raise your transom to 25in and it clears the splash board tilted up? |

Thank you. Transom was raised to 26.5” and I will measure the splash board. Had to guess a little and was happy I didn’t need to cut it after glass/fairing/paint. Probably could have gone higher but need to see how cables and harness land when tilted.
