It’s been a few weeks but progress is as follows. The front deck has been replaced and glassed back in. The floor is fitted in and getting trimmed in a few areas. The fresh water tank should be here tomorrow and foamed in. It is 25 gal of fresh water and will go right behind the tank. We are able to move the smaller console forward to help aid in keeping the weight distribution close. The keel has also been cut to allow the transducer to be installed on the boat centerline. Also I added pvc rigging tubes to make wiring and such easier

I got lucky. Josh replaced a floor in another 23 that the owner wanted raised and 1 level. Josh gave me the floor ( which was already cored with composite). It was only cored with 1/2 inch material so we added another 1/2 inch composite so in reality my floor is a bit over an inch thick but all composite. All the wood in this boat has been replaced with composite

Looks like your cover will be like mine with the wiring coming thru it I was also able to turn up a 1 1/4 shedual 20 pvc pipe over the tank on each side for use of anything to the bilge . It’s come in handy sorry not the best pictures
