My dad bought the 1977 23 Sceptre picture boat used for the 1977 brochures in late 76 from Potter. We ran it for years as the title went to from my dad to my brother then to me. I am the one who gets to fix it up after all the fun of using it. In the family, but not totally mine, the whole time.
