Mine was right below switch plate near your steering wheel. I can’t tell if it’s there or not in your pic. Maybe it’s under the grime there. That will give you some data but not as much as a real sea craft issued HIN.

I wish we could get access to company records on the build sheets.

Is the photo of that capacity plate something you had remade? Yours looks so fresh and new.

Yes it’s one I had made by machine plates online.
I can give you my sales rep and invoice number for them to make one for you. $50 shipped

Original looks identical but was a sticker. I made it as kind of symbolic of ive finished the body work.

DM sent with details. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one to do this here but I can’t recall who gave me the inspiration. Lots of guys have done very thorough rebuilds.

Unfortunately many pics no longer hosted.

My 20 seafari had the original sticker inside the cabin so it was still in pretty good condition. I had a new one made up anyway.

Hey Xcomunic8d
It would be great if you would either PM me or post for all the replacement source for your metal plate. My sticker, under the steering wheel, is still there but a bit tattered. Also would like to get one of my HIN. When I redid my transom I masked over the HIN so it wouldn’t get filled with paint and obliterated. A metal plate would cover the original HIN with the old. faded paint. Thanks
