Considering all offers.

I figured the Seafari & CSC fam would know its worth better than I.

Although she's clean and very solid for her age I'm confident its not worth a ton as it sits being it needs a great deal of work to get her seaworthy.

I need her gone, have your friend make me an offer and I'm confident we'll come together on a fair price for both.
