Today I began reinstalling the transom. Clean it up with the sander wiped it with acetone and then 2 layers of mat followed up with a layer of 7404.

Tomorrow I'll cut the marine ply to fit gab it in and the another 2 layers of mat a 2 layers of 7404 with some up along the side of the hull.
