Get a hull survey and get a quote from Twin Rivers Marine Insurance in Antioch, CA. Look for Gary. They work with underwriters all across the country and they are a true marine insurance. They will even insure commercial boats.

I would start by opening google maps and type in “marine surveyor” along with the city you’re located and then go through the list and read all the reviews. You’re bound to find a good one especially based out of MA. This is what I do when I’m buying a boat from the east coast and I can’t fly out to take a look.
