Eric, like the other guys posted make sure you seat the ducer down good. I'd stay away from 5200 or any other semi permanent goop for this application. I'm on my second unit installed this way I used 4200 and the first ducer stayed in place for 4 years-had to cut it loose.The measurements are just a starting point, try it out on the water before you do the install.
