Thanks for the response on the logo's. I appreciate it!! Your question is not dumb...I think we have all asked it at some time or another... Depending on how badly oxidized it is would determine how far to take it...I have a light blue hull that was pretty shot...no gloss at all..tried to compound it with minimal result. So I took it to the next step and wet sanded the hull...WOW what a difference used 1000 or 1200 and kept it wet with a spray bottle...you could feel the paper release and become very easy to move around as it did its work. I then compounded with a 7" Makita buffer and then waxed it..I was real happy with the result. Hope this helps Scott |

Thanks Scott, I appreciate the tip. By the way, you can also call Bass Pro for decals. They are SeaCraft dealers now and usually stock them in the parts department!

Thanks for the info on the decals....boy do I wish I was ready to put those on the boat..
I spoke with Leonard C (He's a super nice guy and again, Leonard thanks for your time!!), the other day and he is getting me some info on a bunch of other things....including those decals...none the less thanks for the info Tom By the way..whats the color of your hull?? |
