Default 23' inboard Restoration

Well I thought I should start a resto thread so here we go!! Since I purchased the boat off of ebay a month ago I have gutted her (deck's & transom & rails). When i purchased the boat the guy told me the boat was solid! I recieved the boat and found that the top rails where rotted to the core, then found a bunch of soft spots on the deck. So then I was looking around and put my hand on the transom and found that it had delaminated from the shell and water came gooshing out!! I kinda thought to myself WTF either that guy didn't know a thing or he's just trying to pork someone! Well I put my chinup and moved on and started this project!
