Steve,
Back in April a few of us had the privelege of spending an afternoon with Bill Potter, and he explained the post-Potter/pre-Tracker years to us. I was surprised as well since my father also has an '82 and we were under the impression it was built by CSY.

My 1988 Sceptre begins with SIC, so is it a CSY or a Tracker? Has a Tracker sticker on the dash?
