That boat is too far gone to re-do, way too big of a project. Now where can I pick up that motor again?
Kidding aside that is going to be a sweet set up when you're done!

I am also planning a TDI V6 in my 23' Sceptre. Should be a fun project you have there. Let me know if you need anything VW related. Harness, Panels, misc, etc.

Thx, I have a shop that still has parts for these engines not to far away and the are selling parts off cheap cause they lost thier contract when cummins/merc bought them or took on there line of product !

Same situation here with a former VW local dist and many spares available. I work for Cummins Marine here in FL and will be aquireing some of these parts.

OKay, is a Nm = Newton Meter?? How does that translate in Ft/lbs?

ANSWER: 451Nm = 329 ft/lbs of Torque.

Also that Diesel turns up some high rpms. I quess so since it is auto motor right?

It's not to far off in rpm than a yanmar there mostly 3800 rpm

I picked up the sister to Heynows set up for a bravo.Wonder how it will compare to my 350 setup.
