When I posted above I realized I missed the number 3 after the F. If I remember correctly, F refers to the "fisherman" or "super fisherman" model, a.k.a. center console. The number 3 refers to hull length (23) and 008 is the hull # for that model year. Are you missing the remainder of the ID #?

Yes that's all I have for my sc dnt title I was told that f meant homemade

Sounds like you have a state-issued HIN then. Those typically have nothing to do with the manufacturer's info for the boat.

I only understand the last two digits.
