glad to hear it, odd you missed him though but the more the Merrier - DonV is our resident party animal though just an FYI

ya, I just forget the marina its next to it - Habour Watch or Harbour View or something but nice place for ice, bait and gas

everybody be sure and get Moose's cell phone list - We will be staying Thurs night and will be out Thurs to get everybody settled - there should be some nice snook just outside the river along the spoils but I'll be around somewhere close

at this point the weather seems perfect for the guys staying on the boats

As I said I will host Friday afternoon evening if you guys are intersted. I thought I'd throw some burgers on the grill. Could also get the fryer out if some of the guys fishing Friday have some fresh fish. BYOB

You can see on the map I've marked the hotel and my house with yellow, also the sandbar is a straight shot out. Easy ride either day or night. The green line shows where we run across the front of the neighborhood. Good water for all but low tide. The red lines are marked channels with spoils to one side of the channel.(north side of north channel and south side of south channel) . About the only thing to watch for.

Let me know what you guys think.

Also can come by car.

Sounds like fun, Bill. What time? My wife and I are going to hit Vicki's for lunch and then look for a spot to catch some pin fish for the live well. After that, we're up for whatever the group wants to do.

Sounds good to me. What can I bring?

Is it possible to skirt the edge of the subdivision and get back to the hotel without going out the channel and all the way outside?

Good Q.

First things first. How many are we Mr. Moose?
Cook what you do best, or just twist it. Sharp knives, will travel.
I can help with this.

Same question? I guess looking at my charts might tell me. We are in.

I have 15 folks signed up for the list and 2 people signed up for clams (DonV & Island Trader). I will bring a cooker for the clams if clam eaters bring what they would have on them. I can bring a saute pan if some would like them done with wine, butter and garlic.

If you want in on a bag of clams make sure to let me know. I'm making a run to Cedar Key next Thursday to pick them up fresh from the farm.
