Would like to have cut it on cnc router but went with what I have at home. Just printed half at full scale, traced on teak, then cut close with a jig saw. Then came behind with belt sander/ sanding disc / sanding drums to clean it up.

Have a flush trim bit? Once you have a pattern like 1/4” mdf you can crank them out.

I know what you mean but this was just a one-off on recycled scrap teak that was run through a planer to get rid of weathered bit. Pieces were only slightly larger that the part I wanted so had to split down the center and have the glue joint.

Used west system/ 207 hardener, couple coats, and a couple coats of clear awlgrip. Would do more coats if in the weather but emblem will be in cabin. Chairs were done same way but three coats of epoxy and 5-6 coats of clear.

Best I saw with '73 23' CC w/Hermco bracket, Yam 300, Powertech 16P 4 blade was 2.7 and 44-45 light. Wood deck/transom.
