Default My baby gets a T-Top!!!

It's finally reality! I've been waiting for this for three long years and the next week and a half is gonna seem more than twice that long!

This evening, I received the first pics of my new T-Top from Don of Pipe Dreams Marine. I know it's not a SeaCraft, but please bear with me.

Is that the coolest thing you've ever seen or what!?!?!??!?!

I'm not gonna be able to sleep at all tonight!!!

Thanks Brian.. It's not done yet guys so go easy on the questions. The rod rack and console bracing is the next step. Then the fiberglass skin, outriggers and antennas. I'll be sending more pics as I go to Brian and I'm sure he will post them too... Maybe his next boat will be a Sea Craft.. I must say in Brian's defence, it may be a Grady but its an older one and he's done alot of work to it and it's nice. Hey Brian post the pics of the console and panel project you did. I'm sure these guys would really like to see the nice work you did. I have a 23 Master Angler on the books for Feb.. I'll post pics of that top as I build it.

(Thanks Brian.. that 5 bucks is in the mail...lol)

Thanks for the compliements Don! I'll put the before and after of my instrument panel, the rest are available on my site.

From this:

To this:

I had my eye on that 1968 27' SeaCraft that used to be on projectboats.net but somebody snatched that out from under me. I was thinking custom express. I bet you could have built a nice tower for that baby Don!

Not sure what the next boat will be. My wife and kids needs some sort of shelter and want an encolosed head. So, we'll see.

Brian,
Looks really nice! I read through your site one time last winter and you've done a nice job with the GW. My father's friend used to have one of those 20 CC's, talk about a big 20 footer. It's a shame there aren't more of them around because they are pretty sweet rigs.
