Default 18 to 23

so I am selling the restored 18 and moving up to a 23. This ones an inboard 1986 with a volvo penta diesel: any comments? does anyone have any thoughts on the best size/make rudders? and size/pitch prop for such configuration for a 23?

I am also concerned about the tanks and not sure how much more life they have in them: does anyone have experience replacing them? This one has two tanks aft of the console. If one pulls up all the stern hatches, can they be lifted out?

She's also going to need new t-top and lean post: can anyone recommend some good suppliers on the east coast?
thanks
