Default Just bought first seacraft did I pay to much?

Bought my first seacraft and would like to have some opinions on what its worth. The boat is 74 20ft SF it has all the hardware including rails. The floor is solid and has original gelcoat with some small stress cracks here and there. The bottom needs to be repainted and the hull is original gelcoat free of scratches. The boat had a 150 on it and has been sitting outside on a nice galvanized trailer for three years. Transom has a large plate it looks like a nice bandaid. Tapping on transom reveals one small delaminated area. (2"x 4"). I could bolt a motor on and run it but I think I have somthing and would like to do it right and keep the boat for a long time. I appreciate anyones opinions.

Sounds OK so far, should get the transom fixed or at least checked out further. Can you do the work if needed?

Any pics?

would you go with the 200 or the 150. I have a new 65 gal fuel tank and I would like to run in the mid 50s when I am playing on the river with all the fast boats.

If it were me I'd get a 140 Suzi 4 stroke because there is no place I could reall open up to 50 and the mid 40's are fine WOT.

I'd want to sip fuel drifting around reefs and it's never glassy enough to go all out...
