Default Is there anyone else out there?

I was wondering if there was any other 25 Seafari's out there. Is it possible that the 25 seafari was not very popular as it is extremely difficult to find any others still out there. I saw one which I believe was for sale in NY, it had a radar arch and full enclosures. I would like to see some pic's of other 25's. Thank You to everyone who contributes to the site. I undertook my project which i thought would take 4 months, now I think it will take years. Thank's for all of your responses regarding my kicker motor. I wound up with a 20hp as suggested. Also in the process of fabricating a quick release bracket so I could remove it and leave 4 studs with stainless cap nuts when not in use. Anyone have any suggestions for the headliner as the old carpet has seen better days.

Ken here's a link to pics of a boat that's for sale on Cape Cod. I've only seen a couple for sale before and this is the only one I've ever see in person. Search this site for Seafari and I'm sure some other stuff will surface to. Good Luck http://members.fortunecity.com/random/sc1.htm

Thanks for the link. Finally I know what the boat looks like when it is not in a thousand pieces.

Hello Ken-

According to the records I have, 80 25 Seafaris were built from 1971-1978 50 of them built in 1971-72.

Ken, I think I have a boat test report on your 25 Sefari from an old Petersons guide I bought on ebay. Let me know and I can photocopy it and mail it to you.

Ken, I'm very interested to see how you do with that quick release bracket for the kicker. I've been mullling a few ideas about that myself.
