Default IS IT 19.5 OR 20.5

MY BROTHER HAS JUST PURCHASED A SEACRAFT CC BUILT IN 1975 THAT HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE. THERE ARE NO MARKINGS ON THE HULL AND THE TITLE HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERRED. WHAT A GEORGEOUS RIG! THE OWNER CALLS IT A SEACRAFT 20. I NOTICED ON SEACRAFT'S WEBSITE THAT THEY NOW OFFER BOTH A 19.5 AND 20.5 HULL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF SEACRAFT OFFERED BOTH SIZE 20'S BACK THEN, AND IF NOT, WHICH VERSION DID MY BROTHER JUST BUY?

THE BOAT DOES NOT HAVE AN OUTBOARD ENGINE OR TRAILER. WHAT SHOULD HE DO FOR THOSE?

RIRED,
Regarding power choices - Suzuki DF140 for 4-stroke or Yamaha 150 HPDI for 2-stroke, IMO. There are so many trailers out there for 20 footers that almost any of them would be a good choice - Caulkins, Cox, Load-Rite, EZ Loader, Shore Lander, etc. You guys in RI don't have quite the tide change we do north of the Cape, so a float-on would work well. Check out Wamsley Distribution in Warren or Bristol, they seem to have good prices on trailers, both roller and float-on. Not sure how they are to deal with, I've only seen their prices in The Fisherman.
