Default Oh what the hell. Someone was going to see it eventually.

Gentlemen, start your engines. This one will be up on EBay shortly. It looks pretty nice from the pics. And the answer is no; the question, can you contact the seller and buy it before it goes to Auction.

How long do you think it would have gone unnoticed once it hit EBay?

not long but i went on the site and read the terms of sale and it says that the owner will have the title, not us auctions. Since it is a storage auction, do you think the winning bidder will be able to get the title from the owner?

This was the response that I got:

No, sorry, this one is a consignment boat, so it has to go to auction.
It will start on 8/2
Curt

Can this be purchased before the auction starts?

Thanks.

Rich

I noticed that too. Here you have a boat being auctioned due to a storage lien, yet the boat's owner is to supply the title to the winning bidder. Somehow I don't see that happening.

I bought the boat in question. There was no problem switching the title all paper work was there for me, when I picked up the boat. I had a trailer from a previous boat. 4000 might have been a bit to high but oh well cant do anything about that now. Motor I sold, had the transom redone. working on the insides right now. slowly
