i am a proud owner of a 1976 "savage" seacraft. i've only seen this model mentioned on this site once or twice. anyone with any info please reply. are there any sources for original brochures or owners manuals?

awsome boat. Is there any chance that you could get some pics of the boat posted. I did not know until yesterday that the Savage even exsisted. I have a Scepter that I was looking at changing to a center console or selling and buying a CC but I like the looks of this.

yeah, once i pull her winter plastic off her i'll snap some shots & post em. i've got the inboard model. she came with a 350 swc but i had access to a low hour big block fwc so i gave her fresh muscle. picked up a couple of knots too.... modified the console, removed those foward "glove boxes", removed the bow rail, modified the cabin hatch, changed- out the teak louvered cabin doors, did the fuel tanks, added a pulpit, and added a swimplatform/ladder (for the kids). i painted her hull a light sea green & topsides painted off white. did all the work myself. its a nice lookin' boat.....
