Default Sound Insulation for Engine Compartment

I finally have the engine back in my '75 Sceptre. Renovation can proceed after a long hiatus.
Would like to install sound insulation in the engine compartment but am not sure what products are out there. Have looked at GSI Corp. Sound-Stop insulation, which I believe is what West Marine sells. Have also seen Acoustiblok on the web but am not sure it is suitable for engine compartments.

Thanks,
ChrisG
