Default Any Cape Coral Damage Reports?

Does any Cape Coral SeaCrafter's have any first hand reports they can pass along? We have a place in the SW area and have yet to hear anything specific to the area. We will be there on the 24th thru the 31st, for what was supposed to be a vacation, now it will be an insurance claim I'm afraid....

Here in the Noank ,Mystic CT area we only had rain and maybe 15 knot wind. This was as of 8:45 this morning.

Well this is second hand from my brother who lives there,
just trees down they did not get the damage that Punta Gorda
did. He said it hit Sanibel and stalled, then went north twenty miles to Punta Gorda.

OOPS!! Guess I should learn to read better. I missread Cape Coral as Cape Cod. That's what happens when I don't have enough coffee before I read the forums.
