After ripping out my transom/baitwell, I have a Engine Splash Well "Fold Down hatch" available free too anyone with the older 23' large engine well configuration.
It is made from black starboard material. Includes bevealed edge with SS piano hinge and slide latch. It has minor battle scars  You pay the shipping. Let me know via Pm. First come first served. I'll ship it and send you the bill
