I have a question about my 1969 20' CC. Can anyone explain how the original factory livewell worked and what's the best way to use it? It's located in the starboard rear compartment.
Thanks, |

I think there are extremely few 69 20s around here... The only one I'm positive of was gutted...

The livewell on my 1969 20 was gone along with the transom when I got it. I use a kodiak baitwell in front of the center console. The original livewell appears to have been very square and not well suited for keeping bait or fish alive.

The title said 1969 when I bought it. How can I tell what year it is?

Since pre-1972 boats weren't required to have a 12-character HIN, it would be almost impossible to determine the model/mfg year other than what is stated on your title.
