Default Late 70's 23 Tsunami in Upstate New York

I spotted this boat on the shore of the Saint Lawrence River. I do not know who owns it, but can figure it out.

It appears to be an early 70's 23 Tsunami, originally from Florida, but reg'd in NY up to 1999. The serial number on the top right of the transom is partially obscurred by a trim piece surrounding the pick/tow eye. It has late 60's or early 70's Merc 140's with 20" shafts. I hear they're toasted. It sits on an oversize useless trailer that you do not want.

The boat is all original and in fair condition. The transom needs replacement, naturally. The hull is fine except a couple of spots on the hull a foot or 2 behind the tow eye that are an easy fix. The floors and hatches seem solid, bt we didn't look real close. The interior is complete, less helm seat, but needs a reconditioning. Interestingly, I noted a lack of spider cracks compared to other 20's and 23's I have inspected.

It's for sale for $3,500 via a broker. I have enough SeaCrafts, but I would probably offer them $2,500 for the hull only. If you can get them to keep or discard the trailer and motors, it can be loaded on a flatbed truck for transport.

I'll be pleased to assist a serious END USER buyer with images, a more detailed inspection and contact information.
