I do not own one but my fishing buddy and neighbor has one. It is a mirror image of a Potter built 23, with a large full splash well and the taller console option.

He purchased it last January and used it about every other day this past summer. No major issues.

Jason,

Was this the one that was bought on Ebay?

If so, that was the steal of the century.

Keith- What are the engines?

Peter- Yes, this is that boat. It was a tremendous deal but they are out there. His did not come with a trailer and the engine needed some serious attention so all in all the boat wound up more that the one keith is looking at but it needed no fiberglass work.

Keith $13,500 is not out of line depending on the engine(s)

The engines are twin 1983 mercs.(pretty tired im sure). Can you figure 13 year old engines with the oil pumps removed in the value? THANKS Keith

well.....it will be a rocket ship, so that is nice.

As you stated the engines are adding lttle if any value to the boat.

so yes, 13,500 for a hull seems a tad high but not outrageous if it is a running hull with a useable trailer that needs cosemetics.

There was a similar boat for sale up here last summer, it had twin early 80's Mercury 150's nice t-top but it was a recovered sinker. The seller disclosed everything and the boat ran fine after the engines were tended to and the wirig was replaced. I think that boat fetched over $15,000

Before you offer anything figure what you are willing to put into it and then base your offer on that.

I would like to enclose transome put on bracket with new yamaha single, paint, rewire, new tank.I would have see condition of top and leaning post and have a good trailer,Boat would spend alot of time in the keys (160 mile trip from my house.Im sure I am at $30000.00 plus without electronics and that is my thinking on the price being to high. There are alot of turnkey 23 CC out there between 30 and 40 thousand. I am going to think about an offer, THANKS Keith
