Stormy weekend pics from the Cape
Heres a few shots from this weekend, super windy lots of boats broke loose and grounded or dissapeared. I'm glad the "Cheri Sue" is safe and sound on the trailer in the back yard! Chatham inlet was crazy today and the pics are from Stage harbor and Wychmere heres a link to a short video we shot in Stage harbor the pier was vibrating as we stood on it and I didn't dare go down the ramp to the dock at the end http://home.comcast.net/~deezill/stage2.avi
I miss these days already and its only October!!

Re: Stormy weekend pics from the Cape
Great pix Jon. Any idea what type of boat that is in the center of the 3rd pic? I feel bad for the owner of the blue Luhrs.
This tree fell in front of our house at about 5pm yesterday (sorry for the bad pic, camera battery was dying). We didn't get power back until about midnight. Luckily the tree missed our stone wall by a few inches. |

Re: Stormy weekend pics from the Cape
Joey those where in Chatham and Harwich, Scott I could not tell what it was, it looked like a flat bottom of some sort. Heres another pic I got yesterday, http://www.classicseacraft.com/forum...b=5&o=&fpart=1
this boat was gone this morning and just the mooring ball left so I dont know if it broke loose and went out with the tide I would imagine that it was to windy to get it late yesterday or this moring but it was gone by ten this morning. Not sure what it was though. After the Storm last Dec, I bought a diesel generator and have not lost power yet, go figure?? Stinks to have no juice at least you didn't have to wait to long
