someone to raise the transom of 23 tsunami

I am looking for someone to raise the transom of my 23 1975 Tsunami 6 inches and cut out the splash well and install skuppers, in Maine NH or Mass. I live in up state Vermont. I can tow the boat anywhere, but would prefer these states for obvious reasons. When the repair is completed I will purchase a 200 to 250 Etec to make it go. I have never posted on a forum before so this is new to me? Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I will check this Post for the next few days.
